Quarterly Community Sessions


Four times a year, we set aside one weekend for Community Sessions. These sessions are designed for people who need strong, professional images but may not be in a position to book at standard rates right now. Same experience. Same attention to detail. Just offered with more flexibility.


Why We Do This

This promotion is our way of giving back to the community while doing what we love most: creating portraits that empower and inspire. Headshots can be transformative, and we want to make them accessible to everyone.

How it works

I. Two Days. Two Styles.

Day 1: Studio – Classic headshots in a controlled environment with professional lighting.

Day 2: Outdoor – Natural light portraits in a scenic outdoor location.

II. What's Included

  • 15 minute professional headshot session.
  • One outfit on one background.
  • A full gallery of unretouched images (approx. 40 images)
  • The freedom to pay what you can afford after a $50 deposit.

III. why a deposit?

The $50 deposit secures your spot and helps ensure commitment. After your session, you can decide what to pay for your headshots based on your situation and satisfaction. Most contributions typically fall around $100.

Schedule

Each day offers 8 time slots, starting at 9:00 AM. Sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so book early to secure your preferred time.


Late Policy

To keep the day running smoothly for everyone:

  • Arriving 15 minutes late: Your session will be shortened to fit the schedule.
  • Three late slots will be allowed throughout the day. If these are filled, late arrivals will need to reschedule.
  • Arriving 30 minutes late or more: Your session will be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.

Please respect everyone’s time by arriving promptly.
